visitd dentist today..
went for cleaning.
the process is not jus uncomfortable, doc constantly ask me to 'ahh' open ur mouth bigger. but also causes tremendous pain. and and and loss of blood. OMG.
the worst part is doc said my teeth very very VERY dirty, hafta seperate into two sessions.. gotta go thru it once more. damm.

with the horrible experience, i promised myself i will brush my teeth diligently from now on. to alleviate the potential pain i may experience during my next dental appt.

u too ok. lets work towards a brighter and healthier smile.
